I do not charge for shipping; every item on this page is priced as listed, and no additional charges apply (unless you request insurance). That's right, FREE SHIPPING! Insurance is available for $1.30 for orders up to $50, upon request (please inquire if over $50).**I do ship outside of the US, and shipping charges will be determined at the time of sale.**

Expected shipping times:  
Your order will ship after it is made. Due to the nature of being a small shop, hand making each item, shipping times will vary on individual orders. After your order is received I will give you an estimated shipping date.

All items are covered with a limited warranty. If your item breaks or is damaged in any way, I will repair the item or I will refund your money, for the first 30 days from delivery date. After the 30 day limited warranty has expired, if a repair is needed, an inspection has to done to insure the reparability of the item, and the repair cost can then be determined.

All items are covered under a warranty, however the warranty does not protect the items from loss by the US Postal Service. The buyer has the option (not required) to insure their item by purchasing insurance for $1.30 on orders of $50 or less (please inquire if over $50). If you purchase an item that you are not happy with because of aesthetic reasons, you are entitled to a refund, replacement of either the same item or one of equal value, or you may also choose to retain a credit of the cost of the item for a future purchase. This does not apply to sale items. Sale item sales are final and can only be returned for repair if they are not noted as being damaged at time of sale.
